Slit Nozzle is used for coating on the panel in photo resist coating process with photo resist that is liquid.
Abrasion or scratch around Lip is occurred in process, the damaged part could cause faulty onto the panel. So the high price of parts is a problem in changing slit nozzle.
Therefore, WC coating that is high density coating is developed to improve the properties of wear resistance & scratch resistance.
